About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Client Ownership & Revenue Success
- Take complete ownership of assigned client accounts from onboarding to delivery
- Drive client success, retention, and revenue growth
- Act as the primary point of contact with confident, proactive communication
- Lead client calls, reviews, and performance discussions
2. Strong Client Communication (Non-Negotiable)
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively
- Translate marketing metrics into business and revenue impact
- Handle client conversations with a front-foot, solution-driven approach
3. AI-First Growth Execution
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, and similar platforms to:
- Create marketing creatives and content
- Build landing pages or basic websites
- Rapidly prototype campaigns and funnels
- Independently execute without dependency on design or tech teams
- Continuously explore AI and automation tools to improve performance
4.Paid Ads, Automation & Funnels
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- Build and manage Zoho CRM automations, workflows, blueprints, and integrations
- Design end-to-end performance funnels combining ads, CRM, and reporting
5.Delivery Excellence & Growth
- Ensure high-quality delivery, preferably ahead of timelines
- Take full accountability for results, not just task completion
- Strong delivery can lead to early increments and fast growth
