About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Train and onboard students post-sales
2. Deliver prompt, efficient and friendly responses to students across various channels
3. Initiate regular calls with the students to track their progress
4. Proactively manage the success of the assigned students and identify/develop upselling opportunities
5. Build a solid and lasting relationship with the customers
6. Perform any other tasks required to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Act as the customer’s voice for Zell’s internal teams and work with relevant teams to improve products and services based on feedback received from the students
8. Cross-sell and upsell the courses offered
