About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Handle Shopify tasks including order processing, recovering abandoned carts, and updating the abandoned cart sheet weekly
2. Manage the order sheet by entering orders promptly and accurately as they come in
3. Maintain the stock sheet by updating and checking it weekly
4. Coordinate artist assignment by assigning hand-painted orders to the appropriate artist and noting it in the order sheet while ensuring completed works are handed over to the tailoring unit
5. Supervise tailoring unit operations by ensuring all necessary materials are available for the tailor, preventing last-minute shortages, and confirming the final product is checked and approved by quality control
6. Execute final delivery by preparing the client manifest according to the 'DELHIVERY' SOP and sending tracking links to customers via email or WhatsApp
