Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for the position of Customer Acquisition Executive for a leading banking process. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable banking products and services, and supporting sales activities.
Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum HSC qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good English communication skills are required.
Versant Level 3 is mandatory.
Candidates should have good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in the given shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
Explain banking products and services to customers.
Generate leads and support retail sales activities.
Follow up with potential customers and assist them through the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer information and records.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with the relevant teams for customer queries and requirements.
