About the Job
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, user interface design, and modern digital product design.
The candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for websites, web applications, mobile applications, and software products.
Key Responsibilities
1). Assist in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2). Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
3). Conduct basic user research and understand user requirements and behaviour.
4). Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
5). Convert business requirements into simple and effective user experiences.
6). Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
7). Maintain consistency in design systems, colours, typography, and visual elements.
8). Create and maintain UI components and design guidelines.
9). Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
10). Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
11). Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills
1). Good understanding of UX and UI design principles.
2). Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
3). Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
4). Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
5). Basic knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
6). Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
7). Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
8). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9). Good communication and teamwork skills.
