Key responsibilities:1. Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
2. Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to curate personalized events
3. Suggest event concepts, F&B options, décor styles, and more
4. Build trust with clients and drive closures by offering end-to-end event curation
5. Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless execution post-confirmation
6. Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams for lead insights and conversion strategies
