Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Business Development Intern to support our growth in the smart home industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through strategic sales efforts, and is eager to build lasting relationships with customers. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of market trends in the smart home sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
2. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities and deliver innovative smart home solutions tailored to customer needs.
3. Market Strategy Development: Research and develop market strategies by identifying and prioritizing high-potential prospects for Wynbee’s smart home products and services.
4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of products.
5. Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Customer Support: Maintain strategic relationships with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize customer complaints.
7. Billing & Payments: Ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processes for all projects.
8. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock and inventory levels for new projects to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

1. Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
3. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
4. Organized with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
5. Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
6. Basic understanding of the smart home or technology industry is a plus.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
