About the Job
Key Responsibilities1. Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce BGV services
2. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the business development team
3. Explain verification solutions including employment, education, address, criminal, and reference checks
4. Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable verification packages
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
6. Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to close sales opportunities
7. Meet daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
8. Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
2. Confidence in handling corporate clients over phone and email
3. Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills
