Role Overview:We are looking for a Social Media Manager who has hands-on experience managing and growing multiple client accounts across different industries in Delhi. This role is for someone who understands that social media growth is driven by strategy, consistency, content quality, and data, not just posting. The ideal candidate should understand content trends, Instagram strategy, and have good communication and planning skills.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content strategies that help our clients grow visibility, engagement, and brand authority across platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow multiple client social media accounts across industries
2. Build and execute platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with client goals
4. Perform competitive analysis and identify content opportunities
5. Analyze performance data and optimize content based on insights
6. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance teams
7. Monitor trends, formats, and algorithm changes across platforms
8. Maintain brand voice and consistency for each client
9. Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for clients
Required Skills (Must-Have):
1. Proven experience managing and growing multiple social media accounts
2. Strong understanding of content strategy and platform behavior
3. Hands-on experience with:
- (Other platforms as applicable)
4. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Follower growth
- Content performance
5. Experience with competitive analysis and benchmarking
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Required Skills (Good-to-have):
1. Experience across different industries (D2C, services, B2B, etc.)
2. Understanding of short-form video and reels strategy
3. Basic knowledge of performance marketing or paid amplification
4. Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
5. Experience collaborating with creators or influencers
