About the Job
Your RoleYou will manage and improve the digital operations of our jewellery store, including:
• Photographing jewellery and new arrivals using a smartphone
• Uploading and cataloguing products on our store application
• Maintaining accurate product images, weights, categories and details
• Managing WhatsApp Business/API campaigns and customer communication
• Creating WhatsApp broadcasts, templates and automated responses
• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva AI
• Creating simple product creatives, videos and digital content
• Organizing product photos, data and digital records
• Coordinating with our app/software developers when required
• Testing and learning new AI and digital tools to improve store operations
