About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
2. Understand client requirements, brand objectives, and marketing goals to deliver effective solutions.
3. Coordinate with creative, design, strategy, and media teams to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
4. Prepare and present campaign ideas, proposals, and reports to clients.
5. Manage end-to-end client onboarding, briefing, and project follow-ups.
6. Ensure timely billing, payment follow-ups, and closure of accounts.
7. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
8. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support in developing new business opportunities.
9. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through trust and consistent delivery.
