About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist the manager with client outreach by understanding clients' hiring needs and effectively pitching our services
2. Set up online or offline client meetings with the manager and conduct demo meetings (business or HR) with clients
3. Work towards closing deals independently based on subscription plans and involve the manager when necessary
4. Share formal proposals with clients to finalize deals
5. Generate new client leads by tapping into the existing network and exploring new avenues
6. Pitch prospective advertisers for collaborations through legal and finance event organizers, coaching classes, and resume writers
7. Support clients with any portal-related issues after onboarding
8. Monitor client activity, including job postings and applications received
9. Use mailing software to send bulk emails to registered candidates to increase application volume
10. Collect regular feedback from clients post-onboarding to maintain strong relationships
11. Assist team members in sourcing or mapping candidates for tax and finance roles when client interactions are low
12. Mentor new team members upon their joining
13. Perform additional tasks as required for the project
