About the Job
Role OverviewThe Client Relationship Specialist focuses on delivering highly personalized mentoring and one on-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions, while also supporting enrolment goals through structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences.
· Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations. · Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey.
· Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile.
· Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.
· Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and conversions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree (any discipline).
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client-facing roles (preferred).
· Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer service or counselling experience is an advantage.
· Knowledge of NEET UG/PG processes is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, research, and presentation skills.
