As a career counselor at PrimePathway, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in sales, business development, cold calling, and communication skills to help individuals navigate their career paths. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to clients in various industries, helping them identify their strengths and interests, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their career choices. Your English proficiency (Spoken) will be crucial as you engage with clients in one-on-one sessions and group workshops.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling and networking.
2. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and client interaction.
3. Provide personalized career counseling sessions to clients, addressing their individual needs and goals.
4. Utilize client relationship management (CRM) tools to track client progress and maintain accurate records.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
6. Conduct inside sales activities to promote PrimePathway's services and generate new business leads.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career counseling to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
