Snapbot Photobooths creates premium photobooth and guest experiences for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, brand activations, planners, venues, and private celebrations.We are hiring a Growth & Experiences Lead — a hands-on operator who can help with event readiness, planner/venue/vendor relationships, client experience, growth ideas, creative coordination, reporting, and premium event quality.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build planner, venue, vendor, and client relationship systems.
2. Convert event requirements into clear Snapbot experience briefs.
3. Coordinate with design, event ops, sales/support, and marketing.
4. Track readiness for assets, Fiesta configuration, equipment, props, staffing, setup proof, and risk plan.
5. Improve packages, upsells, referrals, and repeat-business systems.
6. Create weekly reports, SOPs, and trackers.
7. Step into real events when required to understand and protect quality.
