About the Job
Key responsibilities• Assist or lead video shoots at client locations — factories, product studios, offices, podcast setups
• Edit raw footage into polished, client-ready videos across formats (Reels, YouTube, ads, corporate)
• Convert shoot footage into short reels and promotional videos optimised for social platforms
• Add motion graphics, transitions, lower thirds, captions, and subtitles as required
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio sync / noise removal
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and account managers on briefs
• Export and optimise videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and TV
• Manage and organise project files, assets, and edit versions system
