1. Lead, motivate, and mentor instructors and support staff to ensure high-quality educational delivery and smooth daily operations.
2. Oversee class schedules, student services, admissions, fee collections, and overall center administration.
3. Collaborate with instructors to maintain teaching standards, monitor student progress, and address learning challenges.
4. Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular feedback, progress updates, and counseling.
5. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote programs and achieve enrollment targets.
6. Prepare reports, plan academic events, and share insights with regional and senior management for continuous improvement.
Openings are at the following centers
1. Central Line - Kalyan, Dombivali & Thane.
2. Western Line - Borivali & Malad.
3. Harbor Line - Chembur, Vashi & Nerul.
