Making outbound calls to community members to educate them about our services.
2. Answering incoming calls and providing information about our organization.
3. Recording and updating caller information accurately in our database.
4. Following up with individuals to ensure their needs are being met.
5. Collaborating with team members to strategize on outreach efforts.
6. Providing feedback on call scripts and strategies for improvement.
7. Assisting with any additional tasks as needed to support our mission of rural development.
