About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at PharMaaji, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will work closely with the Owner / Founder to support various functions and initiatives within the company. Your role will be crucial in helping us attract, develop, and retain talent to drive our business forward.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training programs.
3. Maintain employee records and databases accurately and confidentially.
4. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
5. To improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
