About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Rahul Sir Classes, you will have the opportunity to showcase your Hindi and English proficiency while assisting in communicating with potential students. Your role will involve making outbound calls to prospects, providing information about our classes, and answering queries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating information in MS-Excel.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our classes.
2. Answer incoming calls and address any queries or concerns from students.
3. Maintain accurate records of communication with students in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with students via phone calls or emails to ensure their needs are meet.
5. Provide feedback to the team on common inquiries or concerns from students.
6. Assist in any other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the telecalling department.
