About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work closely with plant managers, supervisors, and shop-floor teams to understand day-to-day plant operations, workflows, and challenges.
2. Interact directly with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to understand their priorities, pain points, and expectations from plant operations.
3. Identify practical, data-backed solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, streamline workflows, and improve plant-level performance.
4. Collaborate with C-suite executives to understand the company’s strategic goals, desired KPIs, and long-term vision for plant growth and digitization.
5. Analyze operational data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks that hinder output, quality, or timelines.
6. Recommend actionable strategies to optimize plant performance, improve productivity, reduce wastage, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Work closely with top consultants from EY & KPMG
