About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Udaghosh Social Welfare Society, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your skills in recruiting and talent management while making a positive impact on society. With your strong English proficiency and expertise in MS-Excel, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote our organization.
7. Provide support in creating job descriptions and conducting reference checks.
