CRM & Operations Intern (Bitrix24)About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized intern to help us set up and manage our CRM and internal operations system using Bitrix24.
You will work closely with our team to organize leads, manage customer inquiries, support automation workflows, and help team members use the platform effectively. This is a great opportunity to learn CRM management, business operations, automation, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize leads received through WhatsApp, website forms, email, and social media.
Update customer information and maintain CRM records.
Assist in setting up and testing workflows in Bitrix24.
Help automate follow-up messages, emails, and task reminders.
Coordinate with different team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Create and manage tasks, projects, and internal workgroups.
Monitor CRM activities and generate simple reports.
Assist in documenting processes and creating user guides.
Help train team members on using the platform.
Skills Required
Good communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable using online tools and software.
Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
