E-commerce Supply Chain & Operations ManagerAre you ready to see how the real world of supply chain and logistics works behind the scenes of a fast-growing e-commerce brand? As a Supply Chain and Logistics Intern, you will work on real responsibilities from day one. Your role will include onboarding new vendors, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries to customers, and tracking order performance. You will learn how to handle operational challenges, streamline processes, and maintain smooth vendor relationships, skills every logistics pro needs. What makes this internship different? Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor database
2. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely dispatch of orders
3. Tracking and updating delivery status for customer orders
4. Communicating with shipping partners for pickups and delivery updates
5. Monitoring order timelines and flagging delays to the team
6. Assisting in resolving order and delivery-related issues
7. Updating records and reports on Excel or Google Sheets
