About the Internship
This is not a typical corporate internship where you'll be making coffee or copies. You will be at the very core of our business operations, working directly with the founders to manage our sales pipeline and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be the first voice of our brand for new potential clients.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with the company founders to map, document, and refine the existing sales and client communication workflow.
2. Take ownership of the initial lead communication process, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and our website.
3. Engage with potential clients professionally via Calls, WhatsApp & Email, understanding their requirements and providing initial information.
4. Proactively ask questions to understand the nuances of the business and identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes.
5. Collaborate with the founders to build a centralized 'Sales Playbook' and client tracking system using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
6. Shadow the founder to understand the principles of lead qualification and pricing strategy, and help in codifying this knowledge.
7. Present findings and suggest new ideas for improving customer response time, follow-up procedures, and overall operational efficiency.
