About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Spearhead user acquisition initiatives by promoting the Panda platform and facilitating new user onboarding through strategic community engagement and targeted digital outreach campaigns.
2. Oversee the complete user onboarding lifecycle, encompassing account registration, identity verification, and first-time user education to ensure seamless activation and optimal initial experience.
3. Cultivate and maintain a secure, inclusive community environment by actively moderating discussions, enforcing community standards, and promoting constructive user interactions.
4. Drive adoption of core platform features by providing users with clear, engaging guidance on Panda Duos and other key functionalities to enhance product utilization and retention.
5. Serve as a key brand ambassador by delivering reliable, approachable, and prompt user support to strengthen brand loyalty and foster long-term user advocacy.
6. Inform growth and product strategy by synthesizing data-driven user insights, feedback, and actionable engagement recommendations to optimize community initiatives and platform development.
