About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Make outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or leads.
Explain company services, products, offers, or opportunities clearly over the phone.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Answer basic queries and provide accurate information to callers.
Maintain a daily call report with details of calls made, responses received, and follow-up status.
Update lead details and conversation notes in CRM, Excel, or internal tracking sheets.
Identify interested prospects and share qualified leads with the sales or business development team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, or demo calls for senior team members.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone during all calls.
Achieve daily or weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Build good relationships with potential customers through consistent communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer support requirements.
