About the Internship
If you’re the kind of person who notices every comment, replies in your head, and has opinions on brand replies… this role is for you. You’ll be the voice of Internshala across the internet - replying to users, spotting trends, handling chaos (nicely), and making sure our brand always sounds human.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Be everywhere (literally):
1. Track what people are saying about us on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, Play Store, etc.
2. Reply to comments, DMs, and reviews - being fast, smart, and empathetic.
B. Turn conversations into engagement:
1. Write replies that people actually want to read (non-robotic replies, always!)
2. Jump on trends, memes, and viral formats
3. Help with captions, comments, and content ideas
C. Make the internet like us more:
1. Run LinkedIn outreach to get real reviews
2. Help with Play Store campaigns
3. Track what’s working and what’s not
D. Content & campaigns (Bonus):
1. Work with content/design teams
2. Help turn real student stories into posts
3. Spot “this could go viral” moments before others
