About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
2. Assisting customers in selecting suitable travel packages
3. Explaining itineraries, pricing, and inclusions clearly
4. Following up with leads and converting them into bookings
5. Coordinating with the operations team for bookings and arrangements
6. Maintaining customer data and updating CRM records
7. Supporting in creating and sharing promotional offers and packages
8. Ensuring smooth communication with clients before and after booking
