Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Screen candidates by calling and interviewing 20-30 potential hires daily basis to assess their suitability for roles in the event management industry.
2. Ask relevant questions to gather detailed information about candidates' skills, experience, and interest in the role.
3. Share comprehensive details about the role and the company to ensure transparency and clarity for candidates.
4. Maintain a detailed and organized database of all screened candidates, ensuring profiles are well-documented and accessible for team review.
5. Provide proactive suggestions to improve the hiring process or enhance the candidate experience.
6. Stay updated on trends in recruitment and event management to bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.
