About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in research and development of healthy food and beverage recipes through trials and experimentation
2. Maintain detailed documentation of recipes including ingredient ratios, preparation methods, and variations for standardization
3. Conduct ingredient research covering nutritional value, sourcing options, cost analysis, shelf life, and alternatives
4. Perform basic nutrition analysis including calories, macronutrients, and ingredient composition for developed recipes
5. Identify and analyse emerging food and health trends to support product innovation
6. Participate in food tasting sessions and record structured feedback on taste, texture, portion size, and overall acceptability
7. Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability of recipes
8. Conduct market and competitor research including health food brands, QSR offerings, pricing strategies, and positioning
9. Compile and organize findings into reports, summaries, or presentations for internal use
10. Support adherence to food safety and hygiene standards during research and testing processes
