About the Internship
Interview Management:• Conduct over 50 interviews daily, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with company culture.
• Apply structured interview methods to maintain consistency and impartiality.
• Keep thorough notes and feedback for accurate documentation.
Candidate Selection:
• Screen resumes to identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Ensure candidates align with role specifications and company expectations.
• Share insights and recommendations with the hiring team.
Onboarding Coordination:
• Act as the main contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork and checks are completed.
• Support new hires in transitioning smoothly into their roles.
Final Interview Coordination:
• Organize and manage final interviews with senior management.
• Ensure all involved parties are briefed and prepared, providing relevant candidate information.
• Follow up after interviews to determine the next steps.
Working Hours:
• 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Experience:
• At least 6 months of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven ability to handle high interview volumes and manage candidate interactions effectively.
