About the Internship
Safalta Setu is a social initiative focused on enabling young people with opportunities, guidance, and access to knowledge. Through digital platforms, storytelling, and collaborative projects, the organization works to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. This is an unpaid internship that focuses on learning, skill development, and practical exposure. We believe that consistent small efforts, shared knowledge, and strong digital outreach can create long-term social impact.This is not a passive role. As a Project Management Intern, you will take ownership of real projects, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure execution from planning to completion.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take ownership of project planning, task allocation, and execution tracking.
2. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
3. Actively follow up on tasks and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
4. Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and progress reports.
5. Suggest improvements to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
