About the Internship
Safalta Setu is a mission-driven initiative focused on mentorship, education, and creative publishing. The organization also develops and sells book-based products to support its social mission and outreach efforts, while offering structured internships that provide practical experience and portfolio-building opportunities; these internships are unpaid but designed as meaningful learning experiences.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent acquisition (the scout): You won't just "source" candidates; you will headhunt the next generation of mentors and creators. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel.
2. Culture architecture: Design and execute onboarding experiences that turn new recruits into mission-driven contributors from Day 1.
3. Systems & operations: Master the "Science of HR." You’ll build and manage tracking systems, automate workflows, and document SOPs that will serve as the backbone of our growth.
4. Candidate experience: Act as the face of Safalta Setu. You’ll ensure every applicant-whether hired or not-leaves with a professional and inspiring impression of our brand.
5. Strategic feedback: Work directly with leadership to analyze team performance and suggest improvements to our organizational structure.
