About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design & Develop Presentations: Build compelling PowerPoint presentations from the ground up, including the creation of custom templates, infographics, icons, and slide layouts aligned with specific brand guidelines.
2. Data Visualization: Create, refine, and format complex Excel charts and graphs for clear and impactful data presentation.
3. Graphic Design Support: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools) to produce high-quality visual assets such as bespoke covers, icons, branding elements, and page layouts.
4. Brand Consistency & Rebranding: Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines while also contributing strategic ideas for elevating and evolving brand identity—especially within PowerPoint.
5. Quality Assurance: Proofread and perform detailed quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality across all client materials.
6. Project Management: Handle assigned projects independently, maintain organized workflows, and communicate effectively in English with clients and team members.
7. Marketing Support: Assist with LinkedIn marketing by creating engaging posts, carousels, and visual content. Ability to draft clean, compelling copy with the help of tools like ChatGPT is valued.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team while also being confident managing tasks independently. A strong learning mindset and a proactive approach are essential.
