About the Internship

This is a high-discipline, mission-critical role. We are looking for an professional grade intern, not a Hobbyist. If you rely on AI to write your logic or cannot adhere to a strict professional schedule, do not apply.
Non-Negotiable Professional Standards
Operating Hours: 08:00 AM – 5:30 ICT (non-negotiable). Immediate responsiveness is required during these hours. "Disappearing" without status updates is grounds for immediate termination. 12:00 to 1:00 PM is lunch hour.
Environment Protocol: Unauthorized compression, zipping, or downloading of project files from the remote server is strictly prohibited.
Focus: This role requires deep-work concentration. Late-night, "rushed" sessions are not permitted.
The 5 Essential "Must-Have" Competencies
Failure to demonstrate deep, manual PHP implementation in any of the following will result in disqualification:
Payment gateways: Native PHP integration of payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal/Local) specifically for recurring billing and subscription state management. You must understand webhooks and ledger consistency.
Legacy Project Logic: The ability to step into an existing, complex codebase, map the logic, and perform rapid, non-destructive debugging. No "sloppy" patches; we require thorough, documented fixes.
Database Optimization (AJAX): Expert-level implementation of dynamic AJAX search scripts. You must be able to fetch and render high volume of DB records with zero latency and high security (SQL injection prevention).
Third-Party API Architecture: Deep experience connecting disparate systems via PHP. You must be comfortable handling authentication, rate-limiting, and data-mapping for external APIs.
UI/UX Logic & System Design: You are expected to contribute to the system architecture. You must have the "Product Mindset" to suggest design improvements that enhance user flow and system efficiency.
