About the Internship
Role Expectations:1. Ownership over instructions: You will be expected to take tasks from problem → plan → execution → delivery, not wait for step-by-step guidance.
2. Contribution to internal SaaS products and internal toolchain
3. Ability to work with ambiguity Requirements may be high-level. You should be comfortable breaking them down and figuring out implementation independently.
4. Early blocker reporting, and responsiveness to feedback are mandatory. Silent delays are not acceptable and will impact continuation and internship certification
Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
Leaves:
- 1.5 days per month
Additional Info:
If you have timing conflicts due to college, you are expected to complete a minimum of 7 internship hours per day and ensure assigned tasks are executed properly within deadlines.
Performance:
If performance does not meet expectations, the company reserves the right to conduct an internal performance evaluation for a period of 1 week. If the intern’s performance continues to be unsatisfactory after the evaluation period, the company may end the internship with immediate effect.
