About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.Promoting The ONLA Coffee Shop within college campuses and nearby areas to drive real footfall
Executing on-ground marketing activities such as distributing QR codes, pamphlets, and spreading word-of-mouth
1. Creating and posting engaging content (Reels, Stories, etc.) on Instagram to build brand awareness.
2. Bringing in customers using exclusive offers, referral codes, and personal networks.
3. Interacting with students and building a strong campus presence for ONLA
4. Collecting customer data through forms/QR codes for future marketing use
5. Collaborating with the team to plan and execute weekly marketing campaigns and offers
6. Tracking performance (customers brought, leads generated) and reporting regularly
7. Sharing feedback from customers to help improve menu, pricing, and overall experience
