About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Research export, customs, and foreign exchange laws (Customs, FEMA, DGFT, RBI, FTP)
2. Convert laws/circulars into compliance checklists, SOP drafts, and obligation matrices
3. Assist in risk-focused contract clause analysis
4. Map law obligation evidence for compliance documentation
5. Support compliance systems documentation (CLM/Lawrbit - conceptual level)
6. Prepare structured research notes with primary legal citations
