About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Pre-Sales Support & Solution Design
1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored IoT solutions.
2. Design and develop IoT architectures, ensuring they align with customer needs and technical specifications.
3. Create detailed BOQs for IoT projects, covering hardware, software, and service components.
4. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing IoT solutions and capabilities.
5. Respond to technical inquiries from prospective clients during the sales process.
2. Field & Site Visits for Deployment
1. Visit customer sites to assess technical requirements and environmental conditions for IoT device installations.
2. Install, configure, and test IoT devices (sensors, controllers, gateways, etc.) according to the designed architecture.
3. Deploy complete IoT solutions, including hardware setup, connectivity, and integration with back-end systems.
4. Ensure all deployed IoT systems are functional and collecting data accurately.
3. Data Collection & Integration
1. Integrate sensors, controllers, and other IoT devices with cloud platforms and data analytics systems.
2. Monitor and collect data from deployed devices, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.
3. Assist in troubleshooting connectivity, data flow, and performance issues in the field.
4. Customer Support & Maintenance
1. Provide post-deployment support to customers, assisting with device management, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
2. Work closely with customers to address technical challenges and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system health checks on deployed IoT architectures.
