About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with B2B travel agents
2. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant visa services
3. Explain process, documentation, timelines, and pricing clearly
4. Convert inquiries into confirmed applications
5. Maintain a strong follow-up system to close deals
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents
7. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
8. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution
9. Ensure all required documents are collected before processing
10. Maintain accurate data in CRM (leads, calls, conversions)
11. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
12. Handle client queries, objections, and escalations professionally
13. Upsell and cross-sell additional visa services
14. Stay updated with visa rules, pricing, and market trends
15. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
