About the Internship
Working days: Mon to SatTiming: 10 to 7
A. Recruitment & talent acquisition:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Conduct initial screening calls.
4. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
B. Onboarding & induction:
1. Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
2. Coordinate new-hire induction and training schedules.
3. Support HR in ensuring smooth employee onboarding experience.
C. Employee engagement:
1. Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
2. Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze responses.
3. Assist in developing internal communication material.
D. HR operations & documentation:
1. Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
2. Assist in attendance, leave management, and monthly HR reporting.
3. Support in drafting HR policies and improving existing processes.
