About the Internship
Position Overview:-We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and professionally driven Business Development Interns to support client acquisition initiatives for our website development division across Pune and the Pimpri-Chinchwad region.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in sales, client relationship management, and business growth. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to B2B sales processes while working directly with the leadership team of a growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage prospective clients who require website development and digital solutions.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities within the Pune and PCMC regions.
3. Generate and qualify leads through professional networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and field-based business development activities.
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
5. Understand client requirements and effectively communicate value propositions aligned with their business objectives.
6. Maintain professional follow-ups and manage prospects throughout the sales lifecycle.
7. Collaborate with internal technical and management teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and business development activities.
Training & Professional Development:-
1. Selected interns will undergo structured onboarding and training conducted by senior members of the organization. Training will cover:
2. Website development services and industry fundamentals
3. Business communication and client engagement
4. Lead qualification and sales processes
5. Proposal discussions and client handling
6. Professional relationship management
7. To support business development efforts, the company may provide qualified leads and business opportunities. However, candidates are also expected to independently identify and develop new business prospects through proactive outreach and networking activities.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

2. Professional attitude and business etiquette
3. Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision-makers
4. Self-discipline, accountability, and result-oriented thinking
5. Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
6. Interest in technology, digital services, and business development
7. Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client-facing roles will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Performance-Based Compensation
1. This position follows a performance-driven incentive model.
Incentive: ₹10,000 for every successfully converted website development client.
2. There is NO CAP ON EARNINGS. Compensation is directly linked to business generated and client conversions achieved.
