About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining applicant data.
2. Support onboarding and employee documentation processes, including offer letters, joining formalities, attendance records, employee data, and HR file management.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for daily HR operations, employee communication, performance follow-ups, leave/attendance coordination, and other administrative HR tasks.
