About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Food & Beverage Production Intern – Responsibilities
Assist chefs in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality and presentation
Ensure hygiene and safety standards as per Food Safety and Standards Authority of India guidelines
Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
Help in basic cooking, chopping, and plating tasks
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
Assist in menu preparation and new dish trials
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Adhere to hotel policies and kitchen protocols
