About the Internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team at EcomBuddha. If you have strong research skills, a sharp eye for product content, and enjoy working in the fast-paced world of e-commerce, this role is for you. You will work closely with our content, account management, and tech teams to ensure that every product listing we deliver meets the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth product research across categories to understand features, specifications, use cases, and competitive positioning
Research keywords, customer search behaviour, and category trends on Amazon India
Create high-quality product content including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content briefs
Analyse competitor listings to identify content gaps and opportunities
Coordinate with the design team to brief infographic and A+ content visuals
Maintain product data, content trackers, and operational records in MS-Excel and Google Sheets
Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely delivery of client work
Review and quality-check content before it goes live to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Support the operations team in optimising internal workflows and processes
