About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Direct Sales & Cold Outreach: Actively reaching out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our service. This is a pure-play conversion role where your success is measured by closed deals, not brand awareness or social media likes.
2. Closing & Objection Handling: Leading pitch calls, aggressively following up with leads, tackling client hesitations, and pushing prospects through the sales funnel to final payment confirmation.
3. Pipeline & Lead Tracking: Maintaining a strict, updated daily log of your sales pipeline and lead interactions to ensure no hot prospect goes cold and follow-ups are done on time.
4. Market Intelligence & Script Optimization: Documenting the common objections, questions, and pushbacks received from prospects daily, and collaborating with the team to refine the sales script for higher conversion rates.
5. Post-Sale Handover: Ensuring a smooth transition of the converted client to the delivery/fulfillment team by accurately documenting the client’s specific requirements during the sales call.
