About the Internship
Concentrix Exclusive 2-month internship is here!Get a chance to work with one of the most iconic brands, interact with customers, and earn a experience letter and a stipend of ₹20,000/- (₹18,000 fixed + ₹2,000 travel allowance).
Working Window:
Female: 7 AM – 9 PM (any shift of 9 hours in this window)
Male: Any shift of 9 hours in 24 hours window.
Hiring process:
1. Apply on Internshala.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a walk-in interview.
3. Interview process: Voice assessment, Face-to-face interview, Typing test.
What will you do in the internship:
1. Provide excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls and online channels.
2. Adhere to program-defined quality standards.
3. Stay informed about the latest information and updates.
4. Perform tasks related to voice profiles.
Since the internship requires interacting with clients, you must possess excellent English-speaking skills.
The internship location would be in Bhubaneswar. Please apply to this internship ONLY if you are comfortable with the shifts and can arrange for your own transport to the office. Other than the stipend, no cab allowance would be provided. Free food/snacks and beverages would be available during cafeteria operating hours. Retirals will be deducted as per company policy.
