About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Campaign planning & execution:
1. Set daily budgets, audiences, and creatives for Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn.
2. Ship A/B tests (headline, CTA, landing page).
3. KPI: CTR, CPC, CPA/ROAS.
B. Content calendar & publishing:
1. Draft short posts, reels, emails; schedule via Buffer/Hootsuite.
2. Coordinate with design for assets and UTM-tag every link.
3. KPI: Post consistency, reach, engagement rate.
C: Performance monitoring & reporting:
1. Check GA4, Search Console, ad dashboards; spot anomalies.
2. Build quick daily dashboards and share insights + next actions.
3. KPI: Sessions, conversions, cost per conversion, revenue.
4: SEO housekeeping:
1. Triage keyword gaps, fix on-page issues (title, meta, internal links).
2. Publish/refresh 1–2 pages or blogs; request indexing.
3. KPI: Impressions, ranking movement, organic clicks.
D. Community & CRM nurturing:
1. Reply to comments/DMs, escalate leads to sales, update CRM.
2. Run email journeys (welcome, cart-abandon, re-engagement).
3. KPI: Response time, lead quality, email open/click rates.
