About the Internship

A. Social media & digital presence:
1. Plan and execute end-to-end social media management, strategy, and optimization.
2. Ensure consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.
B. Client & talent management: (Major role)
1. Handle onboarding of brands, celebrities, influencers, and entertainment mentors.
2. Manage brand job postings, activations, and client satisfaction.
3. Address and resolve queries from jobseekers and onboard them smoothly.
C. Growth & expansion:
1. Drive team expansion, hiring, and performance optimization.
2. Finalize and set up offices in new cities and manage regional activations.
3. Ensure 100% performance utilization and outcome delivery from the team.
4. Explore and execute new service expansions for Starplify in the entertainment domain.
D. Campaigns & partnerships:
1. Coordinate with campaign teams for brand activations (online & offline).
2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
3. Drive collaborations and tie-ups with celebrities and mentors for the platform.
E. Leadership & strategy:
1. Act as the founder's right hand in managing all end-to-end operations.
2. Be accountable for business growth, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
3. Lead with ownership, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
